UK

Orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service. All UK orders incur a flat charge of £10 and are fully insured.

Parcels will need to be signed for in person, so please state a delivery address where someone will be present to receive it. In the event that nobody is available to receive your item, a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect your parcel from your local collection Post Office depot. A tracking number will be supplied via email when your order has been dispatched.

Europe and the rest of the world

I use Royal Mail’s International Tracked and Signed For service for deliveries within Europe. The delivery time takes 4-9 working days. We charge a flat rate of £15 for delivery within Europe. If you’d like a swifter delivery option please contact us directly and we can arrange delivery by courier service.

Sales Taxes and Duties

For orders being shipped outside of the European Union (EU) and United Kingdom (UK), your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are imposed once the package reaches the specified delivery country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you (the customer) and Jayne Fowler are unable to advise what they may be, please contact your local customs office for more information.

Delivery times

Delivery time varies depending on payment clearance and product availability. I endeavour to send within 7 working days within the UK, and 5-12 working days for other countries. Maximum delivery time is 8 weeks if the item has been made to order.Please state if your order is more urgent than the turnaround times stated.

Returns


We hope you are in love with your new Jayne Fowler jewellery , however if you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason we offer an exchange or credit note within 30 days of the purchase. Alternatively, Jayne will refund a sale made through this website if it is returned unworn, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging , within 14 working days of receiving the order . All Postage is to be covered by the buyer.

If your piece of jewellery arrives damaged when you receive it , please take pictures and send us an email to with you order number and the name of the product.


Bespoke/commissioned pieces and any pieces that have been altered (etc re-sized , engraved) are exempt from both the refund and exchange polices, unless they are faulty.

Any pieces bought in a sample sale or site wide sale are exempt from refunds.
